How a sale works

1. Dev lists a slice of their pump.fun creator fees, forever or for a term, at an ask in SOL.
2. Fee recipient moves to a pump.sale vault before the listing goes live. No vault, no listing.
3. Buyers pay the dev directly as slices fill, minus 2.5%.
4. Vault claims fees every hour and splits them pro rata to slice holders.
5. Slices move to any wallet whenever the holder wants.
